Exchange

At Popvibe we understand that sometimes you change your mind. We provide one free exchange as long as you initiate the return within 14 days from receiving the order. To proceed simply contact us at Popvibe & we will send you the return label. Please make sure you return the item unworn, in its jewelry pouch & the padded envelope. If the crystal jewelry is lost or stolen, it is not our responsibility to replace it.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. 

Once received, all exchanges will typically take 1-2 days with 3-10 days of shipping.

Customized items are not eligible for exchanges.

Return

At Popvibe customer satisfaction is our priority and we promise we won't get mad if you change your mind. Please get in touch with us & let us know if anything else we can do before you decide to return the item.

We accept returns & refunds within our policy of 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in all the original packaging. Please make sure you return in the padded envelope. If the jewelry is lost or stolen, it is not our responsibility to replace it.

Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us at Popvibe.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received & inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Unfortunately, all previously paid shipping fees & donations are not-refundable. 

If approved, your refund will be processed, & a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.

In some unfortunate special circumstances, a partial refund will be granted if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Popvibe & we will try our best to help.

Customized & Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately customized & sale items cannot be refunded.

 

International Orders

Once received, all exchanges will typically take 1-2 days with 10-20 days of shipping.

Cuztomized items are not eligible for exchanges.
